TEFL and Spanish course at Íbero Buenos Aires, Argentina
I love the idea of getting a TEFL diploma as well as learning Spanish. Is there a possibility of combining these two? If yes,
would this mean 4 weeks of learning Spanish and getting a TEFL Certification Course degree and then working as an English teacher for half a year? Would I get paid as an English teacher or is it voluntary work? I would love to hear from you!
We can get you a job as an English Teacher in Buenos Aires if you can stay in Buenos Aires for at least 6 months. There are practice teaching sessions during your last weeks which will contact you with your future employer. The 3 week Spanish course can be taken before or after the TEFL. This is because the TEFL course is very intense and you need to reserve energy in order to keep up with everything. You can read more about our TEFL Certification program at www.iberotefl.com
How much homework is assigned per week? Or how many hours of homework per week? If I register now and after a week of classes decide that the program is not for me, what is your cancellation/refund policy? Of course I hope this doesn’t happen, but I need to know in case I am not compatible with the teaching styles at IBERO. How much is it for airport transportation? I am staying close to the Santa Catalina. Can I arrange the payments and details for the weekly activities and volunteering upon arrival?
The amount of homework assigned per week depends on your learning needs and on your specific Spanish level. You will feel just fine with our program. We had many teachers as students who were very demanding and they all liked the program. Yes, you can pay upon arrival, no problem. Airport pick up costs 60 USD.
I would like to have more info about private accommodation price (monthly price if possible), location etc. since most probably i m gonna take Spanish Class in your school.
We can accommodate you in a shared apartment or homestay for 4 weeks. The price is 840 USD per month. It is a clean, safe and nice place within walking distance to the school. It is important to us to know when are you arriving in Buenos Aires.
Hi. I’m looking for a language school that is able to teach me some proper Spanish within one month. I arrive in Buenos Aires around the 21th of june, and in august ill start an exchange in Bogotá Colombia, where all my courses will be given in Spanish. I hope you have some good advice about which course i should take (group sessions or private and how many hours?).
The price for 4 weeks is 500 USD only or the equivalent in Argentinian pesos. You can pay on your first day of classes. We are accepting payment in cash for now. You can combine the group classes in the morning with private lessons in the afternoon, if you would like to.
