Spanish day courses in Buenos Aires

·         We offer single-day classes Mondays through Fridays. Students have the option to take classes in the morning from 9 am to 1pm or in the afternoon from 2pm to 6pm.
·         Our daily Spanish classes are offered year- round and taught by fully certified, Spanish native and bi-lingual instructors.
·         Visitors to Buenos Aires have the option of registering for single-day Spanish courses, either in the morning from 9 am to 1 pm or in the afternoon from 2 pm to 6 pm. Our daily Spanish classes are offered year-round, Mondays through Fridays, and taught by fully certified, Spanish native and bilingual instructors.
·         Those interested in single-day classes are welcome to drop in day-of, but we recommend arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled class start time to register and complete the level assessment.We offer the following Day Course options:• Day Course “Principiante” (corresponds to Group Course levels Principiante 1 and 2; (for more information click here)
For beginner students. Course Offerings

Group Lessons: 20 hours/week (morning or afternoon)
·         Morning classes: Monday through Friday 9.00am to 1.00pm with a 10.50am -11.10 am coffee break.
·         Afternoon classes: Monday through Friday 2.00 pm to 6.00pm with a 3.50 pm – 4.10 pm coffee break.
This course offers 15 hours of lessons each week and is ideal for people who want to couple their studies with time spent seeing Buenos Aires. Lessons run for three hours a day, with a twenty minute break in the middle.

Combination lessons: 30 hours/week (morning or afternoon)
·         Morning classes: Monday through Friday 9.00am to 1.00pm.
·         Afternoon classes: Monday through Friday 1.30 pm to 3.30pm.
This course offers 30 hours of lessons each week and is ideal for people who want to couple their morning group classes with intensive private classes in the afternoons. It is also useful for students who want to apply for Bildungsurlaub in Germany. These combination classes run for five hours a day.

  Spanish Private Classes
·         Option 1: Monday through Friday 1.30 pm to 3.30pm
·         Option 2: Monday through Friday 2.00 pm to 4.00pm
·         Option 3: Monday through Friday 1.00 pm to 3.00pm
·         Option 4: Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5.00 pm (super-intensive option)
This course allows you to improve your Spanish in the shortest time possible. The program’s one-on-one approach enables students to learn the language quickly and efficiently with lessons completely tailored to the student’s needs.

Semi-Private Lessons: 40, 20, 30 or 10 hours/week (two students with one teacher)
·         Option 1: Monday through Friday, 10 am to 5.00 pm.
·         Option 2: Monday through Friday, 10 am to 2.00 pm.
·         Option 3: Monday through Friday, 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
·         Option 4: Monday through Friday, 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm.
·         Option 5: Monday through Friday, 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
Semi-private lessons consist of two students studying at the same level with one teacher, useful for travel companions with a similar or the same level and who would like to study together in a smaller, more focused environment.

Spanish private conversation lessons (for all skill levels)
·         Option 1: Monday through Friday 1.00pm to 5.00 pm.
·         Option 2: Monday through Friday 1.00pm to 3.00 pm.
·         Option 3: Monday through Friday 2.00pm to 4.00 pm.
This program is designed for anyone needing to improve his or her speaking skills. This course provides the conversational skills necessary to communicate in real situations in order to reach fluency as soon as possible.

Conversational Spanish is conducted only as a private or semi-private course; it is very flexible and focuses on each individual student’s needs. Students can choose the time schedule that best suits them and then learn in conversational, real situations while discussing a wide variety of themes such as politics, economics, social norms in Argentina, literature, etc.

Topics for the conversation class
The topics discussed in the conversation class can be of different interest such as the environment, global politics and economy, literature, history, Latin America, etc.
The fundamental focus of this type of class is to have students approach spoken conversation gradually with topics that interest them.

How does it work at Íbero? What can I learn per day in my Spanish course?
·         All students are tested before starting any type of course at Íbero.
·         Once the level test is completed, each student is assigned to the appropriate course.
·         On the first day of class, all Íbero instructors further assess the student’s knowledge and objectives. With this knowledge they are able to teach Spanish in a manner that makes learning gradual and fun.
·         Classes utilize books from the Íbero line and emphasize the acquisition of oral and written language skills so that students leave able to read, write, speak and understand Spanish.
·         Instructors always supplement written materials with conversation practice, classic Argentine films and music, famous literature, compositional practice, learning games and much more.
