At ÍBERO, we train you to use Spanish in a natural way, not just to perform in the classroom. Our courses are focused on giving you the confidence you need to deal with Spanish speakers in any situation.

Note: ÍBERO Spanish School is opened on weekdays, from Monday to Friday from 9 to 6.

Group lessons are taught in the mornings, on weekdays, with a frequency of 4 hours per day.

Private lessons are taught in the afternoon, on weekdays. They are tailored to the student’s specific needs.

Spanish courses at Íbero Spanish Argentina have duration of 3 weeks each one or 2 weeks, done very intensively.

Courses Content

NOTE: Content descriptions are examples of topics covered. Discussion topics and themes vary.

  • Beginner 1 (No Spanish):

Pronunciation, identifying people and things, present tense, family members, "ser" and "estar", interrogative pronouns, indefinite/definite articles, greetings, demonstative adjectives, present progressive tense, "hay" and "tener", days and months, possessive adjectives,vocabulary,conversation.

  • Beginner 2:

Present and stem changing verbs,reflexive verbs and pronouns, sports and activities, future informal ("ir" + ), preferences and desires, "nunca"/"siempre", imperative tense, ordinal numbers, "tener que", "haber que", and "deber que", prepositions of time and place,vocabulary, present progressive,conversation.

  • Intermediate:

Preterite (indefinite and imperfect),por and para, the simple future,idiomatic expressions, vocabulary,expressions with tener,Direct and Indirect Object, Pronouns,conversation.

  • Intermediate 1:

Relative pronouns, interrogative pronouns, "para" and "por", past perfect irregulars, future imperfect, conditional tense, present subjunctive, uses of subjunctive verbs, "seguir" and "quedar", preterite perfect "estar" + gerund, irregular subjunctive verbs, uses of “ya”,verbs+prepositions,conversation.

  • Intermediate 2:

Preterit perfect subjunctive, passive voice, uses of "se", verbs with prepositions, adverbial expressions, diminutives and augmentatives, idiomatic expressions, Preterit imperfect subjunctive, prepositional phrases, synonyms and antonyms, conversation.

  • Advanced:

Advanced writing, reading, and conversation. Topics vary.

  • Superior:

Superior level writing, reading, and conversation. Topics vary.
