This program allows teenage students to quickly, effectively and safely learn Spanish in Buenos Aires. Íbero cares for young students during every moment of their stay. Students start the program with a placement exam that places them at their ideal level - but still in a class with their peers. Then, they progress through Íbero's eight levels of study, which vary from Beginner I to Superior. Activities at the school involve free conversation workshops and accent reduction classes. Activities outside of Íbero vary, but can involve sporting events, music and dance shows, and other events. Parents can rest assured that by sending their children to Íbero, they will be in a safe environment. Argentina is arguably the safest country in South America; the US Department of State says the most dangerous thing here is the traffic! High school aged students can learn Spanish in a protected environment with no major security risks or safety worries. Students must be 14- to 19-year-old high school students or recent graduates with a signed letter of permission from their parents.
